Early bird gets the worm! I hope everyone has a great start to their Friday! We are working on full body weight standing and holding position. One of my issues right now is the pelvis/hips/abs are so tight from being in a seated position for the last 3 months. It’s caused a lot of tension and tightness which isn’t allowing me to stand up tall, or to put weight through my legs properly! @pitfittraining always says that stretching is the name of the game.. they’d be proud of me now!
